Personal Training
If you're someone who has never exercised or maybe you just need some help with your current program, Pine Ridge offers Personal Training. The benefits of Personal Training can be extremely beneficial for both the beginner and the advanced. Beginners start with continual guidance and motivation. They develop safe habits from the beginning and learn how to set and achieve realistic goals. The advanced participant can benefit by learning new training methods and receive continual motivation and guidance to achieve their goals. Personal Training is the best investment you can make - an investment in yourself! Sessions are available in private or semi-private packages.

Athletic Performance
Pine Ridge offers the best in strength and conditioning with its Athletic Performance training packages. Our speed, quickness and agility classes are specifically designed to deliver maximum effectiveness to both the first-time participant as well as those we have worked on their specific skills repeatedly over the years. In addition, our training sessions can be easily modified to emphasize either general cross-training, fitness or applied to a specific sport such as:

- Tennis - Soccer
- Softball - Baseball
- Basketball - Football
- Track - Wrestling
- Cheerleading - and much more!

Whether you are a serious high school athlete planning on moving to the college level or an athlete who wants to speed the evolution of your skills, our speed, quickness and agility training can help you. We also work with individuals and groups of any age who simply want to be stronger, faster and better coordinated physically.

Fitness Assessments
As a new member of Pine Ridge Racquet Club's Fitness Center, you will be entitled to a free fitness assessment. This assessment measures an individual's 5 components of physical fitness: Body Composition (body fat), Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance and Flexibility. If you would like to know what your measurements would be, please contact our Director of Member Services at (260) 637-1551 to schedule an appointment.

Post-Secondary Rehab
If you are someone who has finished rehabilitation for an injury and would like to continue focusing on improved mobility and strengthening, we offer post-secondary rehab. Our personal training staff can help you get back in the game with a program based on your individual needs.
