Class Descriptions

Cycling
A stationary bike class set to music and simulates a real bike ride with high levels of intensity throughout the workout.

Core conditioning
Focuses on abs, low back, and overall body toning. This class uses weights, balls, steps, bands, and bars to give youa total body workout

Step/Sculpt
Combines a classic step class with the use of additional equipment to work your entire body!


Pilates
Mat based exercies that offer a unique method of body control and condiitioning. Increases core strength, flexibility, and balance.

Boot Camp
High energy, fast paced workout designed to increase strength, power, agility, and coordination.

Stretch Fit
A full body stretch class to lengthen muscles, relieve physical tension and revive the body.
